- The new Kodiak Aircraft
The new Kodiak Aircraft – a revolutionary new design of bush aircraft – to be used by MAF in Kalimantan, Indonesia, will be visiting the Isle of Man over the weekend of 16 - 18th October. A public open day is planned at Andreas Airfield for Saturday 17th, when everyone who is interested in this exciting ministry can learn more: and see the aeroplane for real.

- Billy Moughtin Annual Darts Cup
The Billy Moughtin Annual Darts Cup will be staged at The Manor Hotel, Willaston on Saturday 14th November.
The Cup will be staged a little earlier this year due to the Celtic Cup being held in late November.
Food will be served all day from The Pit Stop. Plus live music and a raffle.

Manx Stars In Their Eyes 2009 takes place on Saturday 21st November at the Villa Marina. Now in its 8th year this amazing event has raised over one hundred thousand pounds for local charities.
