2016 Beer & Cider Festival

This year the festival will run from Thursday 7th April 2016 until Saturday 9th April.

Tickets are available at the Villa Marina website (or in person at the Villa or Welcome Centre)

Following on from last year, the bar areas have been moved into the Royal Hall, in order to ensure as many people can get to the bar as possible, with as little queuing as possible!

Whilst the festival aims to have as many beers on as possible, the selection of available beers will decrease throughout the festival.  If a beer runs out, they can’t just pop down to the brewery and put another one on!

Full details on sessions run as follows:

  • Thursday 2pm-5pm: Free entry to CAMRA members and invited guests.
  • Thursday 5pm-11pm: Open to the public – tickets cost £5 (CAMRA members get a £5 drink token upon entry)
  • Friday 12pm-11pm: Open to the public – tickets cost £5 (CAMRA members get a £5 drink token upon entry)
  • Saturday 12pm-11pm: Open to the public – tickets cost £5 (CAMRA members get a £5 drink token upon entry)
  • Over 200 Beers
  • Over 50 Ciders
  • Selection of Fruit Wines
  • Bushys Beach Buddies Special Beer
  • New Hooded Ram Beers
  • Region Speacial - Surrey/Sussex Bar
  • Younger Persons Bar featuring more unusual Beers
  • Grand National shown on teh Big Screen in the Royal Hall on Saturday

The Festival will be officially opened by the Mayoress of Douglas at 6:30pm and this year's good cause is 'Beach Buddies' - Bushy's will be launching a special Beach Buddies Beer fo rthe festival.
