Two riders remain in UK hospitals following crashes during Manx Grand Prix race week.

Local competitor Tim Venables was injured in a collision at Greeba Castle yesterday morning, shortly before a crash killed two riders elsewhere on the course.

He's been airlifted to Walton Hospital, and is described as being in a critical condition.

Olie Linsdell crashed at Bishopscourt whilst battling for the lead in the opening race on Monday.

The 22 year old is in hospital in Liverpool, where he is in a serious but stable condition.
