MHK attacks drink drive plans

Mon, 17 Jan 2011

MHK Juan WatTerson has attacked plans by the Dept of Infrastructure to lower the legal drink drive limit for R plate drivers.

The member for Rushen believes the proposed change is either an attack on the Islands youngsters or a test case for lowering the limit for all drivers.

He wants his constituents to have their say on the plans by taking part in the consultation currently on going.

Energy FM news caught up with him a short while ago.
