No multi-storey car park for Peel says DoI

Reports that a multi-storey car park could be built at Fenella Beach in Peel have been rubbished by the Department of Infrastructure.

The Department says there are no plans whatsoever to build such a facility, explaining that it was one of two options identified in a study carried out by a UK car parking company.

The report showed that other car parks in Peel wouldn't be suitable for such a development.

However the DoI says it is continuing to look for other solutions to parking in Peel
