Terminal cancer patient won't get more medication

Tynwald has refused to fund a drug for a man who's dying from pancreatic cancer.

David Cowin wants the £30,000 drug, as it will prolong his life.

North Douglas MHK Bill Henderson put a motion to the Island's parliament, asking that it provides the medication.

However, the move failed to gain enough support.
