Sailings cancelled as gales hit Island

Several of today's sailings have been cancelled due to the weather conditions.

The 7.30 Manannan to Liverpool, and return crossing at 11.15 are both off, along with the 8.45 Ben my Chree sailing to Heysham, and 2.15pm journey from Heysham.

Gusts of severe gale force 9 are forecast for times today.

The Steam Packet Company is warning that there could be disruption to later sailings as well.

Anyone booked on the affected sailings is asked to contact the Reservations Team to re-arrange their journey.
