Mountain Road to close today

The Mountain Road is to close later this morning whilst TT and Manx Grand Prix items are removed.

The A18 will be shut from the Ramsey Hairpin through to the Creg ny Baa from 9.00am.

The road can remain closed until 4.30, but could re-open sooner if the work is completed.

Motorists are asked to use the Laxey Coast Road or Cronk y Voddy Road as an alternative
