Island hopes to build stronger business links with UAE

The Isle of Man has been working on its business relationships in the United Arab Emirates.

The Chief Executive of the Department of Economic Development visited leading companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Executives from a number of Isle of Man finance companies also took part in the meetings.

The DED hopes the visit will forge stronger links between the Island and the UAE.

The Director General of Dubai's Department of Economic Development says he'll be encouraging Manx companies to establish greater presence in the Arab world
