TT course crossing points

Police are expecting congestion on the roads later after today’s delayed race programme.

Racing only got underway at 1pm because of a crash Greeba Bridge before the race circuit closed this morning.

The four-lap Superstock race will be now start at 6.30pm.

Crossing points and access corridors around the circuit will open between 4.35pm and 6pm, for people making their journeys home from work later.

Police say they’ll have officers positioned at key junctions and the DOI will be manually controlling some of the main traffic lights.

• Saddle Road and Snugborough Avenue, Braddan

• Old Church Road and Ballavitchel Road, Crosby

• Douglas Road Corner and the Emergency Access to Faaie-ny-Cabbal, Kirk Michael

• Lheaney Road and Barrule Park, Ramsey

• Stoney Road and Tromode Road, Douglas

• Peel Road between the Quarterbridge and Braddan Bridge (Jubilee Oak)

• Old Church Road and Eyreton Road, Crosby

• Barregarrow Crossroads, Michael

• Station Road and Glen Road, Ballaugh

• Sulby Glen crossroads, Lezayre

• Albert Square and Princes Road, Ramsey

• Signpost Corner and Bedstead Corner, Onchan and Douglas

• Governor’s Road and Victoria Road, Onchan and Douglas

• Victoria Road and Second and Third Avenue, Douglas
