Slight disruption at airport as new baggage system is fitted

Work on a new baggage system at Ronaldsway could disrupt passengers travelling through the airport in the coming weeks.

The old baggage conveyer system behind the check in desks will be taken out which will mean passengers will be asked to check in before taking their luggage somewhere else to be processed.

The work is expected to be completed by July and will not affect those passengers travelling with hand luggage only.

Airport Director Ann Reynolds said the disruption to passengers would be minimal:
