Former Education Minister Peter Karran has accused the Chief Minister of bad governance over a decision to invest £24 million of public money into the film industry.

The Liberal Vannin leader was sacked from the Council of Ministers this week after voting against the decision in Tynwald.

Allan Bell said he had no choice but to remove Mr Karran as he failed to uphold the values of collective responsibility.

Speaking to ENERGY FM, Mr Karran said he would continue to work for good governance – albeit as a backbench MHK.
