Banks extend today's opening hours following technical problems

Counters at several branches of Natwest and the Isle of Man Bank will stay open later tonight as customer accounts are affected by technical problems.

Money which has been paid in to account hasn't been showing up immediately on people’s account balances.

Parent company RBS International assures the delay is purely down to a technical issue with its systems.

Isle of Man Bank branches in Regent Street, Ramsey, Castletown, Peel and NatWest branches will be open until 7pm to help people who haven't been able to get to their branch during working hours.
