Chief Minister accused of hypocrisy

Mon, 02 Jul 2012

The Chief Minister is accused of double-standards for not sacking David Cretney.

The Infrastructure Minister leaked a confidential CoMin document about pre-school closures to a constituent.

He offered to quit his job but his resignation wasn't accepted.

A fortnight earlier Education Minister Peter Karran was sacked for not backing the government's plan to invest in Pinewood Studios.

At the time, Allan Bell said he needed to be consistent because Zac Hall and John Houghton lost their departmental jobs in April for not supporting government policy.
