Mailbox restaurant closes unexpectedly

A Douglas bar and restaurant has closed its doors suddenly.

The Mailbox and The Deli shut yesterday – with the news confirmed on the Mailbox’s website and Facebook page.

A statement says “Many apologies but The Mailbox and The Deli are closed until further notice”.

The restaurant, on Circular Road, only opened last year.

Energy FM has contacted The Mailbox for comment and is awaiting a response.
