New English test for foreign nationals

Sat, 21 Sep 2013

Foreign nationals who wish to settle permanently on the Isle of Man will now have to pass a new test.

The change comes into force at the end of next month and follows a move in the UK to ensure that all applicants can speak English to a certain standard.
