Inquest of Sulby man opened and adjourned today

The inquest into the death of Sulby man Gary Hubble has been opened and adjourned today.

The 53-year-old IT support engineer, who lived at Sulby Bridge, was involved in a three vehicle collision in Lezayre at the junction with Garey Ford road last Tuesday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene with the post mortem stating he died due to massive blunt force trauma.

Coroner of Inquests John Needham conveyed his condolences to Mr Hubble's family and released his body for funeral arrangements to take place.

The inquest was adjourned to a date yet to be fixed.
