New parking charges under consideration

New parking charges could be introduced by the Department of Infrastructure as it looks to save £5 million.

The public are being asked to have their say on a raft of new proposals which include charging for parking in central Douglas and for parking permits.

Another suggests charging Tynwald Members and government employees for parking spaces.
