Endangered red pandas to breed at Curragh's Wildlife Park

The Wildlife Park is getting a new arrival - a young male red panda which is being shipped from Scotland to breed.

He's set to mate with the park's resident female, Frisko, as her current mate is considered 'too old' to reproduce.

Red pandas are an endangered species - so it's hoped they'll produce a cub which could arrive in the summer of next year.
