Consultation shows local opinion of Michael Gove education reforms

Thu, 17 Jul 2014

With the Island now firmly committed to the IGCSE system the extent to which we didn't want to follow the UK's lead has been revealed.

The IGCSE system still retains tiered papers and grades achieved through coursework.

Education and Children Chief Executive, Professor Ronald Barr, revealed that the Mr Gove's radical education reforms ranked a very distant third from the consultation feedback.
