Public Health say 'keep active' during colder months

Public Health is encouraging people to "keep moving and active" during the colder months ahead.

Plenty of people ritualistically give up their fitness regime when the days grow darker and temperatures drop.

Senior health improvement officer Michelle Poyser told us it's not a good idea, because it's important for everyone's physical and mental health.

She explains how people could keep fit in the autumn and winter:
