Building regulations to spark energy savings

Updated building regulations will encourage long-term energy savings for property owners.

From October 1st new legislation is being implemented to improve the efficiency, design and performance of construction on the Isle of Man.

The building regulations were approved at the July sitting of Tynwald to champion more sustainable designs for all types of building work.
