Thu, 25 Sep 2014

From next Wednesday the minimum wage on the Island is set to increase.

For those aged 21 and over the minimum rate of pay will stand at £6.65 per hour, that's an increase of 25 pence.

The minimum wage will remain fixed at £6.40 for those ages from 18 to 20.
