Investors asked to help regenerate Douglas

How Douglas could look

Private investors are being asked to step in and help address the significant number of weaknesses in Douglas.

The new Central Douglas Masterplan has been unveiled which aims to encourage investment in the town and grow the economy.

Government says it cannot deliver the new strategy on its own and it will only be made real by "many hands".
