Firefighters called to limo blaze

Mon, 06 Oct 2014

Emergency services were called into action yesterday after a stretch limo caught fire.

Just before 2.45pm firefighters and the police attended the Hills Meadow Industrial Estate in Douglas.

On arrival they found the vehicle "well alight" and spent around 40 minutes extinguishing the blaze.

Scene of crime officers then attended the scene in order to try and determine whether the fire was caused accidentally or maliciously.
