Calls for introduction of Talk PANTS campaign

How well equipped are the Island's children to spot if an adult is acting inappropriately towards them?

That's the question being asked by Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas in Tynwald today.

He wants to know if the Island is going to follow the UK's lead and introduce the NSPCC's "Talk PANTS" Underwear Rule campaign.

It highlights the rights and wrongs of adult behaviour and helps with ways of communicating concerns to parents and teachers.
