Online services can be improved further says Treasury

Treasury says more can be done to improve communications with residents.

Minister Eddie Teare says he believes the internet is the way to do it - as government continues to place more services online.

One billion pounds has been paid via the Internet since 2007 - with people paying for things like parking fines and car tax.
