Five new burglaries reported in last two days

Five more burglaries have been reported between Wednesday and Thursday of this week.

It's thought they are linked to the previous incidents reported since Friday, January 9th, with the total now standing at 21.

They occurred in the south of the Island and Douglas and Onchan areas.

The Isle of Man Constabulary says it has deployed extra staff, day and night, until those responsible are brought to justice.

Members of the public are being reminded to report anything suspicious and pass on any information they may have to the police.
