Island's rental market flourishing

Rental properties on the Island have spiked in activity since the start of the year with a higher demand for lettings.

That's according to Island estate agent Black Grace Cowley - which has seen a 43 per cent increase on its monthly average.

Director Tim Groves says the sum total broke the firm's 20 year record - he explains how the market is improving:
