CORINTHIANS reached the semi final stage of the Warehouse Fitness Limited sponsored FA Cup, defeating their Ballafletcher neighbours 6-2 Douglas Royal in extra time. Royal had taken as 1-0 half-time lead through a Stephanie Hoogveld effort and double their lead 8 seconds after the restart via an Angela Waite strike. Corinthians looked to be heading for the exit door until Leonie Robert pulled a goal back on 80 minutes and Kiera Morgan levelled matter with only 2 minutes remaining. Roberts, Morgan, Melissa Bell and Lisa Costain scored in extra-time and conclude another dramatic chapter in the story of the meeting of these two sides.

It also the first time Douglas Royal had failed to reach the semi final stage of this competition.
