Island's tourism industry should target 'millennials'

People working in tourism on the Island could learn lessons from a new report into the international hotel industry.

Grant Thornton's 'Hotels 2020' research says hotels have been lagging behind and must put mobile technology at the centre of the customer experience.

Despite the visitor economy here continuing to grow, the research shows the sector should be targeting a new type of guest - the 'millennials':
