Planning MHK slammed for his questions about planning

Criticism has been levelled at the MHK responsible for planning - for asking questions about his delegated area in the House of Keys.

Middle MHK Howard Quayle yesterday queried why Chris Thomas wanted to discuss the Ballavartyn Equestrian Centre.
