People are being warned against buying illegal substances on the 'dark web' - because it could prove fatal.

That's the stark message from drugs charity DASH following the deaths of two local brothers from an ecstasy overdose.

Torin and Jacques Lakeman, who were 19 and 20, were found dead in Bolton last December - this week a coroner ruled they'd purchased MDMA from the hidden network.

The 'dark web' refers to a place on the internet which is free from a visible online presence - users are a click away from sites selling items like drugs and guns.
