Witnesses sought after assault on young woman

Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a young woman in Douglas.

An unidentified male left his victim with minor injuries following the attack at 2:50am on Demesne Road on Sunday.

It happened near to the junction with Westmoreland Road.

Police want to speak to three males who were walking together and may have witnessed what happened.
