Fri, 26 Jun 2015

A children's social services worker with over 35-years experience will give evidence in a Tynwald committee next week.

The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee will hear oral evidence from Maggie Mellon.

Maggie is the former head of public policy for NCH Action for Children Scotland and the director of services for Children First.

The committee has been set up to scrutinise the policies of the departments of Education and Children, Health and Social Care and Home Affairs.

It will take place on Monday at 2.30pm in the Legislative Council Chamber - members of the public are welcome to attend.
