Tynwald petitioners flag up shared equity scheme downside

A Douglas estate has had its housing market damaged by a government shared equity scheme.

That's the opinion of two residents from the Harcroft Meadow area, who presented Tynwald with a petition for redress of grievance earlier this week.

They've argued that they were misled over the time span that a 70/30 split with government would be in existence for.
