MHK concerned about complaint handling in schools

If you want to make a complaint against your child's teacher, how is it handled?

That's the question Michael MHK Alf Cannan wanted answering in Tynwald earlier this week.

He asked Education and Children Minister Tim Crookall who said in light of a serious complaint an independent investigator would be appointed.
