New MHKs outline their intentions for coming year

The House of Keys gained two fresh faces yesterday following the Peel and Glenfaba by-elections.

Ray Harmer secure the Peel seat, with Geoffrey Boot winning by a small margin in Glenfaba; both men were filling the seats left vacant following Tim Crookall and David Anderson's elevation into the legislative council.
 
Mr Boot's campaign website outlined his diverse career in business and aviation, he said helping to grow the economy will be a key aspiration for him.
 
Mr Harmer has previously served as a Peel commissioner, he says the people of Peel have given him a clear mandate of what needs to happen in the town:
