Treasury accused of inconsistency on property taxation

The Treasury Minister has been accused of inconsistency after announcing tax breaks for property developers.

The five year tax holiday is expected to be rolled out in next year's Budget as an incentive for those wanting to develop on the Island.

This year new rules meant land and property tax jumped from 10 to 20 per cent.
