Plans to transform a busy Douglas car park could be announced next month.

Developers for Lord Street may be unveiled by government after years of deliberating over the area.

A short list was drawn up earlier this year after public consultation in 2013 - it followed a failed contract to build a four-star hotel.

Chief Minister Allan Bell says it'll be an exciting venture for the New Year:
