Two million pounds recovered from 'recalcitrant' taxpayers

The number of uncooperative taxpayers has halved in the last year.

That's according to the Treasury Minister who revealed the information in Tynwald saying there are further plans to surpass this in this year's Budget.

However Eddie Teare says good progress has been made so far:
