Twenty nine shooters took part in the fifth and final round of the Chrystals Estate Agents sponsored winter sporting league at Ayre Clay Target Club’s Blue Point range in very windy conditions on Sunday.

 

Kevin Oates was the winner, scoring 40/50.  Marty Kneen was second with 39 and Jake Keeling was third on 38.

 

Kneen took the league win from Oates in second place.  Dave Corlett was third.

 

Results:

A Class: 1, Kevin Oates 40; 2, Marty Kneen 39; 3, Jake Keeling 38.

B Class: 1, Dave Lally 34; 2= George Davies and Neil Parsons 29.

C Class: 1= Nick Bambridge and Gareth Hooson-Owen 26; 3= Wayne Tomlinson and Fred Waggett 23.
