New Budget is 'smoke and mirrors' says MHK

Stop concealing the reality of government finances with "smoke and mirrors".

That's the message from a South Douglas MHK who says she's concerned Treasury's Budget is another example of this administration's ability to hide its problems.

It's suggested there's a disparity in things like the distribution of money in the Cabinet Office and how each department is dealing with pension costs.
