Is government's commitment to motorsports contradicting plans to reduce carbon emissions?

Experts visited Tynwald to present ideas for improving the Island's carbon footprint - encouraging the use of retro-fit houses and electric cars.

The Isle of Man was also represented at the United Nations Climate Change Conference last year.
