MHK to present proof of 'oppressive treatment' by DHSC

How can Tynwald support serious allegations against the Department of Health and Social Care with no evidence? 
 
That's the question raised by Minister Howard Quayle after an investigation was launched into alleged falsification of files and the 'oppressive treatment' of vulnerable families.
 
Onchan MHK Peter Karran was successful in moving a motion to start an inquiry in Tynwald last week - he now needs to present the proof. 
 
Mr Quayle says the department has aided him in an effort to clear its name but he has faith in his staff:
