Horse tram decisions need to be made 'sooner rather than later'

Decisions on the long term future of the horse trams need to be made "sooner rather than later".
 
That's the admission from the Department of Infrastructure which has taken over the running of the service for the 2016 season. 
 
It follows Douglas Council's decision to ditch the heritage railway - it's believed it will run at a deficit of just under £100,000. 
 
In the House of Keys this week South Douglas MHK Bill Malarkey called for clarity on what will happen next.
 
Minister Phil Gawne says he's hopeful the decision can be made soon:
