Remand for woman who made threats to kill

A Douglas woman who made threats to kill whilst being in possession of an air pistol has been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.

22-year-old Jodi-Layne Gush appeared before Magistrates at Douglas Courthouse today.

She's been charged with possessing a regulated weapon without a certificate and making threats to kill or cause serious injury to the public in front of two police officers.

The offences allegedly happened on Wednesday in Regent Street in Douglas.

No pleas were entered - there was no application for bail and she was remanded until her next court appearance on May 26th.
