Residents encouraged to take up cycling this summer

People of all ages and abilities are being encouraged to take up cycling this summer. 
 
'Bike 4 Life' is a scheme run by Manx Sport and Recreation - it urges people to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
 
Sessions will take place each week at the NSC raceway, from June 22nd, and coaches will be on hand to help those who might need some assistance. 
 
Zoe Crowe is the disability sports development officer - she says they can cater for those with reduced mobility including wheelchair users and amputees:
