Lack of volunteers disadvantaging young women

Young girls on the Isle of Man are being disadvantaged because of a lack of resource in the Girlguiding community.

The organisation on the Island has put out a plea - asking for men and women to assist with the general running of the units.

Local county commissioner Sharon Lannigan says influxes of young women want to join up - but due to the current lack of leaders there's a waiting list:
