Allen declares for Onchan

A local businessman will contest the Onchan seat at this September's House of Keys election.

Anthony Allen says he's worked on 'the fringes of government' and has witnessed the 'differences in the public and private sector'.

He believes he can use his extensive commercial experience to make sound decisions in difficult situations the Island may face in the future.
